Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. What This Covers
This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage technologies used on opsmoor.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Approach
Opsmoor keeps this to the minimum needed for the site to work well. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data to third parties. The table below is accurate as of the date above, if that changes we will update this page.
3. What We Currently Use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| opsmoor_lang | Local storage (not a cookie) | Remembers your selected language so the site displays consistently on return visits. | Until cleared by you |
Local storage is a browser feature similar in effect to a cookie, but it is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers. We list it here for transparency even though it is not a cookie in the strict sense.
4. Analytics
We may in future use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand overall site usage, such as which pages are visited. If we do, this section will be updated to name the tool and describe what it collects before it goes live.
5. Third-Party Services
Submitting the contact form sends your message through a third-party form-processing service, which may set its own cookies while you are on its domain during submission. We do not control those cookies. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical request data as part of operating the site.
6. Managing Cookies and Local Storage
Most browsers let you clear cookies and local storage through their settings, and you can block cookies entirely if you prefer, though this may affect how some third-party services on the page behave. Clearing local storage on this site simply resets your language preference to the default.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
